Complete the initial follower scan first. All followers opens by default and shows current followers; initial-scan people say Before tracking. • Search matches usernames and full names. All followers sorts: Newest first (default), Oldest first, Username A–Z, Most re-follows. • Click @username to open Instagram in a new tab. Relationship rows also have an open-link icon. Add to CRM creates a New follower contact in your first pipeline stage, confirms success and becomes Open in CRM. • New followers groups detection events by day, newest first. Read credited source, spotted time, Followed again and Left since. The initial baseline stays in All followers. • Unfollowers shows the interval between the last scan that saw someone and the scan that did not. Came back means they follow you again; CRM contact marks existing contacts. Name them now requests a full rescan for estimated losses. • Source chips show recorded attribution. Clicking a source opens a campaign with All your followers and the source selected. Campaigns require Growth or Pro; review and launch in the builder when ready. • Don’t follow you back: you follow them, they do not follow you. You don’t follow back: they follow you, you do not follow them; they are already in All followers. Both need follower and following scans. Scan who I follow runs weekly by default or manually from Scan now. These lists do not perform follows or unfollows. • Load more appends 50 people. Export CSV downloads the entire current search and, on All followers, sort. CSV layouts: Events: event, username, full_name, profile_url, detected_at, day, window_start, refollow, source, source_name, crm_contact, following_now. All followers: username, full_name, profile_url, status, followed_at, first_seen_at, last_seen_at, lost_at, times_followed, followed_before_tracking, source, source_name, crm_contact. Relationships: username, full_name, profile_url, since, private, verified, crm_contact. Dates use UTC; booleans say yes/no. Leading formula-like text is escaped with an apostrophe. Counts and fixes: Date range changes summary numbers/charts, not list history. New followers’ tab count uses the range; Unfollowers’ count excludes people who returned while its history includes them. All followers may show names loaded when the count differs. Clear a search with no matches. Try again for load errors, then reload. Lists refresh stored data every 10 seconds; fresh relationships require completed scans. Check Last scan, Chrome, the extension and correct handle. For failed downloads, check portal sign-in and retry.
