HOUSE FLIPPER 2 / Compact house / Speed Renovation

Hi Flippers! This is my second flip of the compact house. This time, I switched to a sandbox and moved the stairs to create a connection to the basement, and I added a garage. The house has a living room with a kitchenette and a bathroom. Upstairs is the bedroom and a bathroom. In the basement, there's a storage room and a laundry room. In the backyard, I added a porch for grilling. I hope you like it. The working time was about 17 hours.
