Bill Burney Guest Poser

Local bodybuilding contest in Lompoc, California on June 13, 1992. I considered posting the entire contest but didn't see much interest from the locals. Then, as I was adding titles to the video, I found that guest poser Bill Burney was quite well-known and still has his fans today. He's remembered as the Muscle Cop but I haven't found much info about him past 1992. So it's possible this is among his last NPC shows. I was there to videotape a couple of friends who were competing but ended up shooting the pre-judging and the final show. As far as I know, Bill Burney was only there for the night show.
