Driving Historic Route 66 - Rolla to Arlington, Missouri (The Dead-End Section)

Driving the route of historic US 66 in Phelps County, Missouri. This video starts in Rolla and heads west, passing through the town of Doolittle and ending at the small unincorporated community of Arlington. The section from Sugar Tree Road (I-44 exit 176) west to Arlington is no longer considered part of the Route 66 Historic Byway because it dead-ends at Arlington; US 66's bridge over the Big Piney River was demolished after I-44 bypassed the town.
