Catholic vs Protestant...Whose Bible is correct?

Two Bibles. Both called holy. Both called complete. But they don't agree — and the reason why involves lost books, forbidden translations, a printing press that changed history, and a divide the Church has never fully resolved. In this documentary, we uncover the real story of why Catholic Bibles contain 73 books while Protestant Bibles contain only 66 — tracing the mystery from the early Church fathers, through Jerome's controversial translation of the Latin Vulgate, to Martin Luther's Reformation, the Council of Trent, and the stunning Dead Sea Scrolls discovery that reopened the entire debate. We'll also reveal the ancient texts that both traditions excluded — books quoted directly in the New Testament, yet missing from almost every Bible in the Western world. Why do the Apocrypha books exist? Who decided what belongs in Scripture? And is there a "complete" Bible at all? By the end of this video, you'll never read your Bible the same way again. 🔔 Subscribe for more deep-dive biblical history documentaries:    / @thegospelatlas   📺 Watch more Bible history documentaries in this playlist:    • Biblical Archaeology & Discoveries
