Rhode Island Tautog fishing in heavy wind | Building a productive area | Rig Overview

Largest tautog went 22.5", 7lbs 11oz. Lots of seabass (dozens) and a bunch of 15-17" tautog starting out but our limit consisted of all decent fish.
