This Isn't A Real Thing.. Is It??

Training for the Running Springs Invitational continues, and this time Matt and Nate are learning what it takes to show a horse from the ground! 🐴 With Stephanie coaching them and Ethel and Kennedy as their trusty partners, we’re tackling a whole new horse show skill with our very own hybrid of halter and showmanship that we’ve officially decided to call “homanship." 😂 They’re learning how to walk and trot in sync with their horses, set them up square, properly present them to the judge, and master quarters without blocking the judge’s view. From figuring out the perfect showmanship trot to getting every foot exactly where it belongs, there was plenty to learn and plenty to laugh about. By the end, Matt and Nate got to put everything together and practice the full class just like they’ll have to do at the Running Springs Invitational.
