The problem may not be how many applications you're submitting. It may be which jobs you're targeting. In this video, I explain why NHS sponsorship applications need to be strategic. Some people say: “I've applied for 50 NHS jobs and nobody will sponsor me.” But what were those 50 jobs? If you're repeatedly applying for vacancies where the occupation is not eligible under the relevant immigration rules, the salary doesn't meet the requirements, or the Trust is not offering sponsorship for that vacancy, submitting another 50 applications won't solve the problem. Under the current Skilled Worker rules, medium-skilled occupations generally need to appear on the Immigration Salary List or Temporary Shortage List for a new application, subject to transitional arrangements.
