Shane Blade (The Flower Brains) | ABC Radio Interview - 18 Sept 2026

Shane Blade talks about The Flower Brains, how the band came together, where the idea began, and what’s been happening with the band so far. The interview also features a brand new Flower Brains song from our upcoming album, making this a pretty special moment for us, the first time a Flower Brains song has been played on the radio. Recorded with host Sandra on ABC Radio Goulburn, it was a genuinely enjoyable experience and a great opportunity to talk about the band, the music and what we’ve been working towards. Huge thanks to Sandra and ABC Radio for having me on and for giving The Flower Brains some airtime. Follow ‪@TheFlowerBrains‬ on YouTube and across all social media platforms for new music, live shows, videos, behind-the-scenes stuff and updates on the upcoming album. 🌻 The Flower Brains Punk rock, grunge, alternative rock and a little bit of obscurity. #ABCRadio #RadioInterview #AustralianRock
