Q3 is officially in the books, which means it's time to pause, look back, reassess our goals and make a plan for the final quarter of the year. In today's Q4 reset, I'm walking through my real-life process for reviewing Q3, gathering the data from my calendar and annual goals, reassessing what still matters, breaking those goals into projects and actions in Trello, building my holiday plans and finally turning everything into my October goals. The goal isn't a perfect plan. It's a plan that actually fits the life we're living. And because Q4 has a way of moving FAST, we're going to get a few things on the calendar now so we can actually enjoy the season later.
