With its flexibility, its standard equipment, the intelligent automation and its sleek design, the NC iSONIC from SONOTRONIC is a real highlight among the servo-controlled ultrasonic series welding machines. Mechanically and electrically the machine is built and manufactured in a modular fashion. It can be applied with a high degree of flexibility, depending on the application and part dimension. As a benchtop machine the ultrasonic series welding machine NC iSONIC with servo drive and open control concept is perfectly suited for highly precise ultrasonic welding in manual mode. For integration into existing or other machine concepts there are the models NC iSONIC Integra (machine without base) and NC iSONIC Unit (welding unit). Furthermore, there are optional accessories such as acoustic protection hood, sliding table or film feed unit which are by default easy to integrate into the NC iSONIC machine concept through the interface module.
