Circuit board reflow soldering with closed loop temperature profile control

Reflow oven model PRO 1600 by ATCO is used to solder a printed circuit board assembly. A unique feature called External Thermocouple Control allows reflow without going through the traditional PCB profiling process. This is accomplished using a closed loop profile control based on real time PCB temperature feedback. Software algorithm automatically adjusts internal oven temperature to achieve a desired profile curve.
