A Dumb Bell

In the tower of St Pauls in the Jewellery Quarter of Birmingham, there is a fine ring of ten bells which were installed in 2005 by Taylors Eayre and Smith in 2005. As St Pauls was to be needing new ringers, and as an opportunity to provide training facilites for ringing within Birmingham, two dumb bells were installed alongside the ring of ten. Here is a quick look at one of them.
