Utkal Levels | Construction Update | July 2026

Welcome to the Construction Update of Utkal Levels! We're happy to share the latest progress across all three blocks at Utkal Levels. In Block A, structural work is complete - pile, raft RCC, pile cap, basement roof slab, and RCC up to the terrace floor slab are all 100% done, with brickwork completed up to the 20th floor and plastering up to the 19th floor. Block B has made strong headway on finishing work, with putty work 75% complete up to the 13th floor, waterproofing and internal plumbing completed up to the 17th floor, external vertical lines 60% complete, and external texture primer work now underway. Block C's structure work is also progressing well, with the stilt floor, MLCP1, and MLCP2 roof slabs fully completed, and shuttering and reinforcement now in progress on the podium roof slab.
