BEST WAY - Honda / Acura How to change Parking Brake Shoes (Emergency Parking Brake) & Drum & Adjust

This method requires no special brake shoe tool (i coulnt justify a 20$ CAD tool for something i use maybe once in every few years). This is my second time changing Rear Parking brake shoes (or emergency parking brake shoes). At the same time, i show you how to change and remove the existing Drum disks & adjust the parking brake. I might some errors but since you are watching me, you will not repeat these errors. Notice the comments in the video. I will point out a few errors i've done. I spend more time for you to save time :) This DIY is simple, not complicated. Just take your time, take pictures all around the assembly before disassembly in order to have more visual support when putting back things together. The emergency parking brake is a older concept but its easy and works fine. The newer cars are equipped with a rear caliper instead of rear brake shoes. Did you know that even most bmw's are still using parking brake shoes? Rear drum brakes Honda Civic 8th generation - 2006, 2007, 2008, 2009, 2010, 2011 Most Honda , ACura , Toyota , Lexus , equipped with emergency brake shoes, procedures are very very similar.
