Bridge house light railway Miniature Railways of Great Britain August 2026

Another bank holiday weekend away riding new railways and some that we have been to before but since our last visit they have been extended. The Bridge house Light railway is a new one. We missed a visit with the Narrow Gauge Society a little earlier in the year. By chance I heard they would be running this weekend. The PRIVATE railway is set out in an old folks retirement home. The railway is 7 1/4 gauge and runs around the grounds. Rosie and I had a nice time with all the members. We thank you all for making our stay a special one.
