We're back for another exciting convention weekend at AwesomeCon 2026 in Washington DC, featuring the convention's very first 'Friday the 13th' lineup! AwesomeCon is one of the region's largest comic and pop culture conventions and features something for everyone, from celebrities to video games to mermaids. This year's event brought together celebrity guests from the Haunting of Hill House, Firefly and Stranger Things, and we had an absolute blast taking in the vibe and the atmosphere of the convention, chatting with artisans and admiring some of the best cosplays on the East Coast. We also had the pleasure of helping our friends at Laurel's House of Horror debut an all-new immersive photo experience, and we became honorary Ghostbusters by sealing a containment unit alongside the Chesapeake chapter!
