The issue is that his utility is just too strong (protection, cdr, mana gain) and no one else in the elsword roster could provide that something like that, for magical PR is the closest equivalent CDR slave? check protection? check debuffer? check synergy? check sudo healer? check he's just too "handy" when nerfing him they keep hurting him as well, which I don’t understand, a really simple fix can be to keep his self cdr to 1.5x and party 1.25x, and make MOD wonderwall 25% damage reduction only while unmod remains 50% apart from this I honestly think his damage is about 8.25/10 other synergy DPS benchmarks are (imo) KE 11/10 (when given counter patience) CA 9/10 RV 6.75/10 ES 7.5/10 APS 15/10 (lol nerf coming again soon, gives too much does too much) give OTHERS a way to be “useful” in the same way, I mean since this latest round of nerfs I am not seeing CC anymore in a lot of KR raid parties so maybe it worked but how did things end up for CC? No self CDR passives and a measly 1.3x self cdr, reset is basically forced on you at that point
