Cutting out Tissue Paper & Vellum using the Brother ScanNCut - Paper Pumpkin - Picnic Paradise

In this video, I will show you how to cut out tissue paper and vellum using the Brother ScanNCut. I just opened by July 2018 Paper Pumpkin kit and noticed that there was a lot of extra tissue paper with Stampin’ Up is calling cotton paper. I decided to cut several rectangles 6.5” by 2” to use to decorate bookmarks or tags. I show you how I easily align a tissue paper rectangle with one that I cut from Crumb Cake card stock. I used the Scalloped Tag Topper punch to cut through both pieces together. I demonstrated how to adhere the two pieces and what I used to embellish and decorate the bookmark.
