The CLOSEST Train Meet I've Ever Seen! | Breaking In New Camera

The new Panasonic HC-X1200 made its debut today. This is the last of a handful of trains I caught this afternoon and it was worth the wait! I set up to catch a westbound intermodal I could see far in the distance to the east. I was filming the train, still a long ways out, when I heard a horn it couldn't have made, as it wasn't near a crossing. Sure enough I turned to the west and spotted another train in the distance heading east! I judged the eastbound train would arrive first so I stuck with it - and I was right. The train arrived and turned out to be one of the FASTEST manifest trains I've ever seen, and just a split second later the fast-moving westbound Intermodal met the manifest right where I stood!
