AL’AZAR
Raw. Soulful. Personal. Faith-driven.
THE STORY
There are some records you make because you have something to say.
Then there are records you make because life has given you something you need to say.
AL’Azar comes from that place.
Yasad One returns with the second chapter of the Azar Chronicles, continuing a deeply personal story rooted in fatherhood, faith, and the pursuit of healing for his child.
As a father raising a child with special needs, Yasad has experienced the questions that come when you love your child deeply but cannot simply remove the difficulties they face.
You pray.
You search.
You believe.
You have days when you are encouraged and days when you are exhausted.
And you learn to recognize victories that other people might overlook.
A word.
A smile.
A new step.
A breakthrough.
Another day of strength.
Those moments became part of the music.
THE TESTIMONY
AL’Azar documents Yasad One’s decision to keep seeking YAHUAH while believing for healing.
The album draws from his faith in YAHUAH and his belief in the healing power revealed through His brought-forth Son, YAHUSHUA.
There is no pretending that the road has been easy.
There are questions throughout this journey.
There is pain.
There is hope.
There is uncertainty.
And there is a father who continues to believe.
That belief becomes the heartbeat of the record.
THE SOUND
Yasad One builds AL’Azar around raw underground boom bap, soulful samples, dusty textures, hard drums, and the spirit of golden-era hip hop.
The production leaves room for the words to breathe.
The beats carry weight, but the subject matter carries the emotional center.
This is hip hop coming from lived experience rather than a character being created for the record.
AL’Azar sits where conscious underground hip hop, Biblical reflection, fatherhood, and soulful boom bap meet.
“SIMPLE BUT DIFFICULT”
The single “Simple But Difficult” captures one of the album’s central ideas.
Love your child.
Keep believing.
Keep praying.
Keep moving forward.
The instruction can sound simple.
Living it can be difficult.
That tension runs throughout AL’Azar.
THE AZAR CHRONICLES
The Azar Chronicles follow Yasad One’s experience as a father walking alongside his child and believing for victory over autism.
With AL’Azar, the story continues with greater honesty and greater emotional weight.
The listener isn’t being given a polished version of the journey.
They’re being invited into it.
The prayers.
The uncertainty.
The fatherhood.
The faith.
The victories.
The days when getting through the day is the victory.
FOR THE LISTENER
AL’Azar is for parents who have spent nights praying over their children.
For fathers trying to remain strong while carrying questions they don’t always know how to answer.
For mothers and families navigating special needs.
For people seeking healing.
For believers waiting on YAHUAH.
And for hip-hop listeners who understand that the strongest verses can come from the hardest seasons of life.
Yasad One put these experiences into music because somebody else may be living through the same thing.
Maybe they need encouragement.
Maybe they need to know they’re not alone.
Maybe they simply need something that reminds them to keep believing.
THE MESSAGE
Seek healing.
Believe.
Pray.
Keep showing up for your family.
Trust YAHUAH through the process.
The story continues with AL’Azar.
