2011 Dell Inspiron Mini 10 1012 running Windows 7 Starter SP1

This right here is a Dell Inspiron Mini 10 1012 netbook that I got from eBay for only $17.01 USD, it has some cosmetic damage, including a missing key (and not to mention, most of the function keys do not work on this keyboard), but it does turn on. It came with a presumably lightweight version of Windows 11 when I got it (yes, really), but I downgraded it to Windows 7 Starter.
