I compared Baltimore and Rochester, which would you pick? World of Warships Legends

US Heavy Cruisers rock, plain and simple. I took my two Tier VII US CAs, Baltimore and Rochester, and give my input as to which one I prefer. Ultimately, I think they're both excellent, however, one of these two gets a slight edge over the other...which is it?
