It seems that steak tartare can be ordered all year round. A 70-year-old Parisian sitting at the next table has been a regular since it opened. She had steak tartare like us. Next to me were two American women who had come from California on vacation in France. Since they discovered this restaurant 25 years ago, they stop there every time they come to France. The servers were also nice and smiling and we had a good time. The steak tartare is recommended in the summer and the Boeuf Bourguignon is recommended in the winter.
