Insulator Hunting in Northern Illinois

My dad and I went to a trade show up around Chicago. On the way back we stoped at this railroad track to look for insulators. For those who don't know, insutators were used on telephone, telegraph and power lines. Today, insulators are used on powerlines. To find out more visit: www.insulators.info
