Hey everyone, hope the winter has treated you all well! Today we're doing a bit of a longer video than normal and going for an overall showcase of what our planting days look like here at the microgreen farm. Planting day is something that we like to do on either Monday/ Tuesday every week to make sure that we're keeping up with our standing orders for Chefs.
