In our latest cooking show, ESC volunteers from Balkan Hotspot, stepped into the kitchen to create something simple, tasty, and meaningful—banana bread with a zero-waste approach! 🍌✨ Instead of letting overripe bananas go to waste, they transformed them into a homemade treat, showing how everyday cooking can become more sustainable with small, conscious choices. This session was all about rethinking the way we use our ingredients, reducing food waste, and appreciating the value of what we already have. Η δράση αυτή είχε στόχο να μας κάνει να ξανασκεφτούμε τον τρόπο που χρησιμοποιούμε τα υλικά μας, να μειώσουμε τη σπατάλη τροφίμων και να εκτιμήσουμε περισσότερο όσα ήδη έχουμε.
