Shemar Moore Workout !!!! This is real life!!

This is what it looks like to keep my butt in HONDO shape! I've been training with JOHN, trainer and owner of IN TRAINING LA for over 20 years!!! He keeps me on point and in shape and able to deliver the Malcom Winters, the Derek Morgan, and now the HONDO that you guys know me as! Much love to all the guys at IN TRAINING LA!
