34 YEARS STOLEN: A LIFE RECLAIMED with Dwayne Brooks 📱

34 YEARS STOLEN: A LIFE RECLAIMED with Dwayne Brooks What does FREEDOM look like after spending more than three decades behind bars for a crime you maintained you did not commit? Join me for a special Wrongful Conviction Awareness Month conversation as Dwayne Brooks RETURNS to Turning A Moment Into A Movement! Wrongfully convicted in 1988, Dwayne spent more than 34 years behind bars before being exonerated in 2023. Now, he is using his freedom and his voice to advocate, educate and help create change. But this conversation goes beyond what happened to Dwayne. We're talking about SURVIVAL, HEALING, RESILIENCE, ACCOUNTABILITY, SYSTEM FAILURES and what comes NEXT when someone has to rebuild a life after decades have been taken away. Because freedom doesn't give you back the years but it gives you an opportunity to decide what you will do with the years ahead. FROM WRONGFUL CONVICTION TO PURPOSE. FROM A MOMENT INTO A MOVEMENT.
