Experience a 4K POV drive on the Ken-O Expressway in Ibaraki, Japan, filmed from a Mitsubishi Fuso Super Great heavy-duty tractor-trailer. This video was filmed in 2014 and shows the Ken-O Expressway as it looked more than a decade ago. The truck is hauling a 21-ton hydraulic excavator and travels from the Inashiki area toward Ami, entering the Ken-O Expressway at Inashiki IC and continuing to Ami-Higashi IC. As we approach Ami-Higashi IC, the enormous Ushiku Daibutsu suddenly appears straight ahead. Ushiku Daibutsu stands 120 meters (394 ft) tall, including its 20-meter base, making it one of the world’s tallest statues. Its immense size is especially impressive when viewed from the elevated driving position of a large truck. Enjoy this short drive through Ibaraki and a glimpse of what the Ken-O Expressway looked like in 2014, with natural driving sounds and no commentary. 📷 Camera: Panasonic DMC-GH4 🚛 Vehicle: Mitsubishi Fuso Super Great Heavy-duty tractor-trailer hauling a 21-ton hydraulic excavator 🗺 Route: https://maps.app.goo.gl/2UjqXxDtW77oK... ⏱️Chapters 00:00 Near Inashiki City, Ibaraki Prefecture 01:03 Ken-O Expressway – Inashiki IC 05:40 Ushiku Daibutsu Appears Ahead 06:57 Ken-O Expressway – Ami-Higashi IC 07:36 Near Ami Town, Ibaraki Prefecture Subscribe to Japan Roads POV for more real driving experiences from roads across Japan. #JapanDriving #TruckPOV #KenOExpressway #UshikuDaibutsu #JapanRoads
