Declaration Day of Galo is being observed today at Kamya Rijo, Basar, to celebrate and reaffirm the identity, culture, traditions and heritage of the Galo community. The occasion highlights the importance of protecting, promoting and preserving Galo culture, customs, traditions and faith, while safeguarding traditional systems, land and resources.
