I'm 40 years old, living in China, and working as a food delivery rider to support my family. In this video, I'll take you through a full day in my life — from getting up at 6:30 AM to prepare breakfast for my children, to delivering food across my city, helping my kids with their daily routine, and heading back out for night deliveries. In many small cities in China, finding a stable job after 40 can be difficult. As a part-time food delivery rider, I work around 12 hours a day, sometimes earning just 3600 RMB (about $540 USD) a month. With a mortgage, two children, and everyday living expenses, making ends meet is not easy. This isn't a story about success or failure. It's simply my real life as an ordinary Chinese father trying to support his family and keep moving forward. If you're interested in real life in China, Chinese working-class life, and the everyday struggles of ordinary people, welcome to my channel. Thank you for watching and supporting my journey.
