#Agile #Scrum #SprintRetrospective What is Sprint Retrospective in Agile? The purpose of the Sprint Retrospective is to plan ways to increase quality and effectiveness. The Sprint Retrospective is an opportunity to inspect and adapt the process. If you want to learn more about Scrum or prepare for the Scrum Master Certification, check out our new course: 🚀Intro to Scrum & Scrum Master Certification Preparation: https://theagileshop.samcart.com/prod... The Scrum Team inspects how the last Sprint went with regards to individuals, interactions, processes, tools, and their Definition of Done. The Scrum Team discusses what went well during the Sprint, what problems it encountered, and how those problems were solved or not solved. This activity frequently occurs after the sprint review and before the next sprint planning. The Sprint Retrospective concludes the Sprint and It’s usually timeboxed to 1 or 2h sessions, depending on the Sprint length. The participants of the Sprint Retrospective are the Product Owner, Scrum Master and the Development Team. This discussion is usually internal without stakeholders or other outside teams. www.IntoTheAgileShop.com ▬ Social Media ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ ► Facebook:   / theagileshop   ► LinkedIn:   / theag.  . ► Instagram:   / theagileshop   ► Twitter:   / theagileshop
