Making a Batch of Traditional Croissants with Grandma – A Simple Day in the Mountains

In today’s video, I spend a peaceful day in the mountains with Grandma and little Truc Lam, making a batch of traditional horn-shaped cakes. We gather and prepare chit leaves, make the filling with sticky rice, beans, pork, and spices, then carefully wrap and boil each cake using the traditional method passed down through generations. After the cakes are ready, I bring some to the local market to sell and save a few as a small gift for our kind neighbor.
