Storyline.. When a man makes the attainment of money his sole purpose in life, he degenerates into a despicable person shorn off all the decencies of human dignity and aspiration. He sees no evil even when he squeezes out the life of another man, and his own monetary gain is a sufficient reason to push his victim into the dark valley of death. He thus leaves behind him a stream of blood and agony which soon overtakes him drowns him in the suffocation of its dirty mire. Seth Laxmidas was a similar stigma over the face of humanity. He did not hesitate to extinguish the flame of Ram Kumar's life, although it was under that very kindly light that Laxmidas has found his ground. In the true tradition of a devil's disciple, Laxmidas stabbed his very best friend and well-wisher, out of his greedy way, and did it in such a manner that the long arm of the law failed to catch him. The dust that the dying man kicked up had hardly settled down when Laxmidas hatched up another nefarious plot. He decided to murder Ram Kumar's son also. That would have left Asha, the attractive young daughter of Ram Kumar, all alone and at the mercy of Laxmidas. He had further thoughts of planting his son as abridegroom into the left of the helpless Asha, in order to be an undisputed master of her huge Estate. How did Laxmidas arouse the suspicion of Inspector Kumar? Who were Bankey and Bihari? How far did they contribute to the rounding up of Laxmidas? What role did Asha play in this strategy? What all did Inspector Kumar pass through before he could clinch victory? And finally, what was the fate of Laxmidas? For the answer to these and much more complicated questions, a visit to the film Hum Matwale Naujawan is solicited.
