The North Face Triarch 2's pole bungee weakens with age, and there's no repair section included for it. This is the full setup, from what's in the bag to the rainfly, stakes and all.

The Triarch 2 shown here is discontinued. Its Amazon listing is currently marked unavailable and shows a newer version with a different color pattern, same rain fly shape, so there's no working purchase link for this exact tent right now. I did fix the pole bungee since filming, but I never recorded my own repair video for it, I used another creator's tutorial instead.
At the time of filming, the tent was a little over two years old, which is when the pole bungee started weakening enough to notice. This is the full setup: what's in the bag, how the corner and crossbar poles go together, the eight-stake layout, and the rain fly rolling method I carried over from an older, heavier North Face tent.
WHAT YOU'LL SEE
Everything in the bag: footprint, tent body, rainfly, poles, and eight DAC stakes, split four to the corners, two to the vestibules, two spare for guylines.
How the corner and crossbar poles assemble, including where an aging bungee cord separates and how to reassemble it mid-setup.
The rainfly rolling method I picked up from an older, heavier North Face tent with continuous pole sleeves, and why I still use it on a tent that doesn't need it.
Why I stake the windward corners before the inner tent is even fully assembled, when it's windy enough to matter.
The pole bungee doesn't fail all at once. It gives a little more every trip, until the setup itself has to change.

Some of these systems, like the staking order I use in wind, come directly from lessons learned while preparing for a Sierra 14er attempt, where reliability matters far more than theory.
