DIY Beach or Dock Cart Using EMT Conduit

This is a DIY beach or dock cart made using 3/4" diameter EMT conduit and Make Pipe connectors. It can be made by bending the conduit or by purchasing all the conduit in the electrical section of many stores. The measurements provided here can be determined by your own design. Parts: EMT conduit 3/4 inch diameter (cut to desired length). 10 inch riser (6). 20 1/2 inch crossbars (2). 28 1/2 inch longitudinal bar (1). 90 degree bends (9) (optional). 18 inch ring side bar (4). 4 1/2 inch ring and handle stub (5). EMT 3/4 inch coupler (17). Crossover tube clamp (4). Pneumatic wheel (2). 5/8 diameter all thread rod. 5/8 inch diameter nut (2). 5/8 inch diameter washer (2). 1/2 inch diameter 20 1/2 length PV irrigation tube. Maker Pipe connectors: "T" (11 or 12).
