On 25th June 2009, with the blessings of Dr. Kailash ‘Manav’ the Founder and Managing Trustee of Narayan SewaSansthan (Trust) Udaipur, his daughter Smt. Kalpana Goyal founded Tara Sansthan with the resolve of service to the suffering poor people.
