Is the Toyota Crown Athlete a True Sports Sedan?

I've been told the Crown Athlete was one of the few "sporty" sedans to come from late 2000's Toyota, a period of time that I like to call Toyota's "snoozefest" era. Let's see if the Toyota Crown Athlete will convince me otherwise.
