Review below SKYLIE LIP KIT: Lip Pencil - The lip pencil goes on smooth but does get kind of ashy and patchy Lipstick - The formula is opaque and smooth once its dry but gets super patchy and flakes off automatically around the inside of the lips or if any moisture touches it :( FREEDOM LIP KIT: Lip Pencil - The formula is great and opaque Lipstick - It takes a while to dry and when it does, it looks very shiny and almosy rubber like.
