POV: Late Night Rush Hour in My Burger Trailer | Making Smash Burgers 🍔🔥

Come behind the scenes of a busy late-night shift as I cook up some seriously satisfying smash burgers from my small burger trailer. From the first sizzle on the hot griddle to the final burger going out the window, this is a real look at what it’s like running a small burger business during the late-night rush. Tonight’s smash burgers are loaded with crispy edges, juicy beef and some seriously good toppings - including bacon jam, pimento cheese and Scotch bonnet sweet chilli jam. Sweet, spicy, smoky, cheesy and packed with flavour.
