Political Alliance Protest in Sararogha | Checkpost Restrictions & Civilian Concerns | Waziristan

Today, the Political Alliance of Upper Waziristan organized a peaceful protest and march in Sararogha to raise several public concerns affecting local communities. One of the main issues discussed was a nearby checkpost, where multiple barriers and security checks are creating difficulties for local movement, particularly for large vehicles. Some heavy vehicles are reportedly unable to pass and have to turn back. Repeated entry checks and related restrictions also affect the daily lives and sense of ease of local residents. We also raised concerns about the impact of quadcopters, mortar fire and other security-related incidents on civilians and their everyday lives. After the protest, we met with the relevant authorities, who assured us that efforts would be made to minimize these difficulties and address the concerns raised by the local community. Our message is simple: security and public convenience should go together, and the concerns of ordinary people should be heard through peaceful dialogue. 🕊️ Peace, dignity and safe movement for civilians should remain a priority. #UpperWaziristan #Sararogha #Waziristan #Pakhtunkhwa #Peace #CivilianConcerns #PoliticalAlliance #PublicIssues
