En 2012, un grupo de jóvenes a los que la crisis manda de vuelta a casa, ponen en marcha una asociación cultural destinada a transformar la escena de una pequeña ciudad del sur de España. En 2018, dos jóvenes italianos viajan a esa ciudad para realizar un documental sobre cultura y transformación social sin saber que lo que acabarían rodando sería su propia historia.
