I just bought a small grid-charger for 48V lithium batteries. I don't use it much but had two occasions where I just wanted to charge the battery a tiny bit... and couldn't do it as the sun was already down. I looked around and could not find anything to produce a voltage high enough to charge the battery. That had to change! The charger delivers 5A, well that's what it claims. After a bit of testing, I found that it cranks just under 4A. Anyways, good enough for me if I need an 'emergency charger'.
