Here's the sixth (seventh to be produced) of fifteen music videos I've made, this time starring Emily, the soon-to-be number twelve engine of the North Western Railway. "Hit Me With Your Best Shot" was the second single from Pat Benatar's Crimes of Passion from 1980, peaking at #9 in the United States Billboard Hot 100. The track was written by Eddie Schwartz, known for his work with the likes of Joe Cocker and Carly Simon. Originally written from a male perspective with the lyric "Before I put another notch in your lipstick case", Benatar changed "your" to "my" when recording it. One of her most popular hits, it has been played at many baseball and soccer games, with a notable cover version being performed by Catherine Zeta-Jones for the 2012 movie Rock of Ages.
