World Alone - Tony Iommi [Bass Playthrough by Becky Baldwin]

It is with intense gratitude and pride that I share this latest bass play-through (not cover)! Last winter, I had the immeasurable honour of playing bass for perhaps the most important musician in heavy metal history - ‪@tonyiommiofficial‬ This is the bass line we came up with on that first day I stepped into his studio and heard what Tony, Mike Exeter, ‪@JornChannelRockMusic‬ and Karl Brazil had been cooking up. In under two weeks, the full album 'From The Dark' will be released. I don't remember much from this recording session itself, other than I was just happy to have this opportunity to exist in the same room as one of my idols and be able to tell him about my love for Black Sabbath. But I kept being asked back to record more, until the full album was complete! I would have never believed that my journey would bring me to contribute in a chapter of the heavy riff master himself. But here I am, and here's the bassline for the first single 'World Alone'! Wanna learn this song?
