YT Izzo Pro Race 2020 test ride and review

A talk about how the YT Izzo Pro Race 2020 rides After a few hours riding around the Surrey Hills. In Short this 130MM xc or trail bike is fast in capable hands. It can descend very well but when locked out climb efficiently. Climbing with the shock open is not as efficient but this makes the gripshift twist lock useful. However, there are some design faults with this system which I highlight in the video. If you are looking for a marathon race bike, a down-country fun bike or a Jack of all trades bike then this could be the MTB for you. I'd say the bike climbs better than the Yeti SB100, is more 'poppy' than a Santa Cruz Tall Boy and descends better than a Trek Top Fuel. However late in the year, I am left wondering what they will change for the 2021 model.
