BP Lyra v Regirock Solo [3/5 | 20/20 | Lv140]

SceptileFan's existing solo was at level 200 with a different grid and I knew I wanted to lower it before upgrading Lyra any further. Ideally you get more than one MPR on the T-move so you're not at -2 for bar 3. After several close calls I invested in a pin with decent DR and got it first attempt.
