This is part 20 of the story mode in Dragon Ball Z Kakarot, in this episode after the Kaioken times 20 kamehameha that Goku launched against Frieza it turns out that the attack did do some damage to Frieza but it wasn't enough at all and it angered Frieza very much then Goku thought about the Spirit Bomb and began to collect the energy for it but Frieza had enough of it and was about to attack Goku but Piccolo defended.
