Polyrhythmik in Techno | Ableton Tutorial 2020

Polyrhythm is one of the oldest tricks in dance music, and this tutorial breaks down how I build it into a techno track in Ableton Live. I start from two basic rhythms, layer a second kick, and use delay to find the odd counts against the even ones that make a loop feel alive. From there it moves into percussion and melodies with different starting points, which is where polyrhythm actually gets interesting.
